I buy clothing from them a couple of times a year.
Returns are within 15 days, but I thought it was 30, so I asked them if I could still return my order. It took a day or so to get a response back, which is fine, but I had to leave the country on short notice before I heard back... I explained to them that I wouldn't be able to return it for another two weeks, and they still approved the return!
I've had great experience with their clothing, good materials, great cut, and long lasting. The only piece I have that frayed did so because it's a bit too small on me now and I'm stretching the seam. Otherwise, that piece and all the others have lasted great.
Outside of their busy or sale times, everything usually arrives within 3 days, at least to NY.
Honestly surprised to see the negative reviews here.
I've had great experiences with their customer service and their stuff is priced well for what you get (usually made in europe of high quality materials).

Absolutely horrendous!
Poor quality shirts opening at the seams, fraying after one wash in accordance with instructions. The worst part has been costumer service. After months of going back and forth I am still waiting for a refund. Frustrating and highly disappointing. Especially since I had had great experiences with Sezanne.
BTW I have contacted the address given below by the company in the reply repeatedly, including the day of this review…

Their 1 hour canceling return is a predatory measure to attract impulse buying and protect themselves from buyer's remorse. Now they will ship me their package, and I will return it to them, and we'll be wasting valuable shipping resources for nothing. Contacting support did not help. Please, don't put your trust on a company based on these kind of rules. I know I will never do it again.
I shop quite often at Octobre Editions and was always very pleased. Once my parcel even got stolen from my doorstep and they resend my my pieces (550 € worth) without any discussion.
And the Quality and feel of all materials is simply outstanding, I really really like this brand
I ordered a trouser and knit sweater as a first order from octobre to test out the brand because I saw that they used 100% wool in their products.
The fit was exactly right for me except for length of the pants but I was expecting that considering they don’t do custom lengths, only widths for pants.
The materials and build quality are really high and something that is rare nowadays.
I will be ordering from them in the future.
My experience has been exemplary. Good communications, helped with a new return label, and quick refund. Clothes look great quality, I just ordered the wrong size.
I read all the negative reviews on trust pilot but decided to take a chance anyway. "What are the chances that will happen to me?" I thought. Turns out, very high. I received a pair of pants with a missing hook closure so I basically could not close the pants. I notified them that I needed to return the item. That process was a massive pain because they require you to physically print forms (who uses printers anymore??) and include it with the package; the refund also stalled because they were having "system issues".
Only reason I'm giving this 2 starts vs 1 is because the pants were made of a very nice material and the cut was decent; but they clearly have issues with quality control. I even considered buying them again because I wanted to wear them for a photoshoot and asked for a discount code just to feel like we were even for hassle they put me through but they refused. Not sure who is running Customer Success there but I can't imagine it being worth it to lose a customer over $50.
Anyway, not trying to be a hater, I wish it worked out. But I can't buy from them out of principle.
Sent back the package for a refund a month ago and still havent received a refund
I ordered several shorts, shirts etc for Man. But... received a black dress (for Female obviously).
Their customer support asked me to create a return from their portal. Never heard anything since and also no return label received.
Emails are not answered anymore. Looks like a scam or something seriously wrong with this company.
The clothes that I have received are good.
But it's not possible to make a refund here, they don't send the bill. When you set the refund it says "we sent ... in your inbox" but it's not, I have tried many times.
They took 5 days to reply, I had to comment on an Instagram post to ping them.
At least this is my experience in Italy.
This is the brother website to Sezane and, like Sezane, it suffers from the same problems - particularly bad customer service, which is a shame as the clothes are lovely.
They take ages to despatch and deliver items from France when other companies can get things to the UK in a couple of days - not helped by the fact they have switched to using Evri when it used to be DHL. Their customer service staff can be remarkably unhelpful at times in comparison to many UK companies. For example, I bought some shirts recently. During the week after I had ordered them but they had not been received (ie they were in transit) they did a promotion of a discount of £20 on two shirts. I asked them to refund that money or even give me a credit on my account as I had not yet received my shirts and now they were discounted and was told no. This was madness and just meant that I packed the shirts back up, sent them back and bought them again with the discount - wasting my time and their money.
