Good quality product

Not al parts are a perfect fit, texture is also different parts are supposed to match the interior. All in al a fine product if the original parts is no longer available. Though not the same as original they offer a real solution for no longer available parts

2002 Jaguar XKR Convertible Seat Escutcheon. Permanently out of OEM stock - and unbroken good secondhand ones are rare as hens teeth! Octoclassic's version an excellent alternative. Not cheap, but good quality, good fit and good colour match. Not quite like for like but close enough for most I would think. Only grumble was it took a while to deliver - there again I understand that each part is made to order so perhaps understandable. Worth the wait.

Parts made from great materials and highly recommended.

The plastic mask for the central air shower fitted very well in my car, and it looks very well now that it's in. The only downside is the price, that I found to be quite high (in comparison, the vintage radio with cassette player was a bit cheaper than this plastic mask).

Fast shipping and great service! OctoClassic has plenty of random, hard to find parts that you’re probably missing on your older car. I needed some tailgate trim clips for my E39 touring, and they had the best price on their own in house made replacements.
Much easier than hoping to find a good used one in a junkyard!

Responsive to customer requests for new products. Appears to be very good quality and response to emails is very good.

Items were good.
Delivery took wayyyyy to long and you couldn’t track the package. Company stated they’d check into it but never gets back to you other than “it’ll be there soon”
They should have just been honest from the start and stated it’ll take a month.
Their e-mails sure make it to your inbox damn near daily.

I placed an order on November 13, order 66951 and they sent me a tracking shipment on November 27 that they have not sent RR912350017PL yet as of December 3. Finally, order arrives one month later but in good condition.
