We have been using octopos for the past one and half years.to date we have not experienced any lack of service from their team.over the past few week ,we had a slight problem with with making the octoyard app run,but james from octopos quickly got on a call with us and solved the issue right there and then.wheather be a small issue or big one,they have always have been more than ready to help

Over the past few years our store, Anadulia has been doing well, the sales have been phenomenal and the customer satisfaction has also kept on going higher. but due to such growth, I couldn’t spend any time with my 2 daughters or my wife. That is when our Quickbooks POS was going out of service and had to change to a new one. When it comes to Octopos, I have been happy with their product so far as I get to spend time with my family while being able to monitor and control all aspects of my Store.

owning a small grocery store in gross pointe michigan ,we faced many issues over the past due to our pos system.we were neither able to provide extra service to customer and how was it making managing inventory and product any easier for us after being recomended by our friends who owns local restaurant,we tried octopas.they were more than happy to guid us through the whole onboarding process and were able to give extra care to our specific request such us prepacked weighted item integretaion.i believe octopos might not be the biggest pos company out there but they are surely are hardworking and listening

we recently to octopos from square.we own a chain of coffee shops in newyork state for us,being able to manage all 6 of our location from one portal was crucial as well as employee training and pos customization.after reviewing 8 to 10 other companies,we agreed that octopos was the right choce for us, not only cause of their product and features but also due to their team and dedication to making business successful.the handled data migration for us and also added a few new features that we required.for anyone out there confused about what pos to use.just give octopos a try ,it is worth it.

we have been selling carribbean and north american groceries in troy ,mi since 2013.our loyal customer base is like familty to us and has been supporting our business for years.they have all requested a rewards program in the past as they felt it would be great if the were rewarded for being such loyal customers.one of our loyal regulars recomended octopos after seeing it being used at another store. i booked a demo with them and they just took over from then.now i have a 3 tier reward program to satisfy my customer and the transfer took no additional effort at all

I was looking for an affordable Point Of Sale system for my restaurant. I had used Clover and Square and they both are less on features and heavy on the pricing. Their loyalty and marketing functionality requires you to pay a subscription and if you don't want to use that, you end up reaching out to a third-party companies such as Five Star and for that, you have ended up paying an extra $300 to $400. OctoPOS were able to fill the GAPS on Loyalty and Marketing features along with the Restaurant specific POS functionality.
