I have to say, not only is the offer from Octopus really competitive compared to our old provider, but Tim Nieschalke also played a big role in convincing us in a very professional yet friendly way. He made the whole process smooth and easy. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we’re really happy with the offer. We also learned a lot of things we didn’t know before.

My experience was very good
My experience was very good. My roommate had to apply for a visa and she needed the contract for electricity and gas as soon as possible... I explained this to Lara B. and she did everything she could to help us and the problem was solved the same day. Honestly so nice to find someone so helpful and understanding :)

Issues resolved in time
So, Just after I signed a contract for electricity, they are offering a bonus of 100 Eur for new customers which they say do not apply for already joined customers. This, I feel is just unfair. I cancelled the contract now and would switch to someone who follows fair practices.
Update:
Thanks to "Mario Ilic" from Customer Support Team, the issue was resolved quickly.

Octopus helped me cancel my contract with my old company . I also contacted them by phone, and they were very friendly and explained in detail how to switch to Octopus, how much I pay each month, and on which specific day I have to pay... There's also a new customer bonus of €90.
