I have a problem, unfortunately. Can you please help me? My customer number is A-9425B792
Just a few hours ago today, I signed up with you exactly, and my decision was made on two factors:
1. There was a link from a friend with a discount, it said a 100 eur discount to me, and after it changed to 50 eur, that is sad, but ok, wherever,
2. The most important was the price, it was 33 eur per Month (on check24, on your website, everywhere it was specifically 33 eur per Month)
So was it 41 Eur now? I have followed the link AGAIN, placed all the info, and it says AGAIN 33 Eur, not 41 Eur (please see the screenshot attached)
I really appreciate any help you can provide,

Not what I hoped
Whilst they are generally very friendly I find the fact that they don't bill monthly or even every two months is something appalling. And to say that this is the way things are done in Germany is a lazy fallback position. They have the technology so they could bill if they wanted to. So whilst they charge ok prices the fact that electricity still costs more in Germany than in other countries and yet they don't provide a monthly billing service is not fantastic. I would give other companies the same rating but in my dealings with octopus whilst they are a friendly they cannot provide a monthly billing. I don't really want to leave my phone number, octopus!
