Great Customer Experience
Signed up lasted year as a recommendation from a friend. Have been happy with the service, then today a couple of gentlemen got my attention from their booth at Sterncenter. I was surprised at how attentive and helpful they were, they made it an easy decision to extend my contract.

Excellent Service and Communication - Highly Recommend
I’ve been a customer since 2022 and couldn’t be happier with the service. When I first signed up, they took the time to explain why my bills had been so high with my previous provider, which I really appreciated.
What sets them apart is their excellent communication - they respond to emails quickly, always in English, and explain everything clearly. Their pricing structure is transparent with no hidden surprises.
I’m currently moving to Frankfurt and needed to manage a transition period where I’d have electricity contracts for both my old and new flats simultaneously. They handled the entire process smoothly - setting up the new connection and organizing the cancellation of the old one. Everything was done by email with clear written details, which made what could have been a stressful situation completely straightforward.
If you’re looking for an energy provider that’s reliable, communicative, and genuinely helpful, I highly recommend them.

Nightmare!! Don’t sign iMS contract with them.
I made my Intelligent Octopus Go contract in November 2024. They installed the meter in June 2025 but they didn’t activated it yet. After so many emails still no progress. I think soon I may need to go to my lawyer.
