Hi I am just a new client of octopus and still my first bill has to come and unfortunately I got some problem but thanks to Fiorenza of octopus she responded right away even on say of festival . I really appreciate her work and hope will get the same type of service as I received from Fiorenza .

I’ve been with Octopus for two years, reliably paying every bill they emailed me. A couple of months ago, I tried accessing my online account to retrieve past invoices, only to find I was completely locked out.
I contacted support via mail at the beginning of April, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. They repeatedly claim they “can’t locate” the exact email address they’ve been using to send all my bills. When I provided my date of birth to verify and link the account, they asked for it again, and again, and still nothing. One full month later, no resolution, no access, just endless loops.
I’m done, switching providers immediately. Avoid if you value basic account access or competent support.

This was my second time talking with support. They are extremely helpful, proactive and kind, especially Alessia B. Thank you for all your help!

I wasn’t entirely sure that I had signed up for Octopus in Italy and I realise I left my message quite late but within minutes Fiorenza had replied ! What a fantastic service .
