The Company's employees are charming, helpful, able, professional, prompt and efficient. The problem I encountered was a lack of honesty at the top of the Company resulting in my rejection of equipment provided/installed found, by chance, to be inferior to that which the contract confirmed. Hopefully, my stressful and time-consuming experience will not now be repeated as accepted as wrong. I was compelled to place my business elsewhere.

Octotech principally works with companies but as a domestic client requiring replacement of outdated desktop equipment, I was happily accepted.

Helped out my elderly parents with an issue even I couldn’t sort out. James and the team were helpful, friendly and sorted the issue quickly. Would highly recommend.
