Had Daniel come round to cap off our gas and remove some unneeded piping.
As this needed to be done before we got our kitchen fitted, it needed to be done asap. Daniel made time after hours to come and was in and out. Very professional service, would definitely recommend.

The install team were fantastic, great communication prior to the install. They arrived on time, they were very considerate, covering my carpets to ensure they kept everything as clean as possible whilst they completed the boiler install. They tidied up after themselves at the end of the job and ran through the operating instructions with me before they left to ensure I was happy with everything. 2 friendly, smart, polite engineers arrived to fit my Worcester boiler. They were super quick, clean and tidy. I am really pleased with the finished result. They answered all of my questions and gave me great advice about some other problems I was experiencing. I usually hate having workmen in the house but these two were a pleasure to have. Totally professional with a touch of humour. Would 100% recommend.

They came within a few day's of ordering the boiler. I have 4 dogs and they worked around them. They came put the boiler in and left. They cleaned up after themselves. One of the radiators wasn't getting hot he told me what to try. It still wasn't getting hot. I informed them they came out days later only took so long as it was the weekend. Fixed a tiny leak on the boiler it just needed tightening up. Sorted the radiators that didn't heat up properly. New valves that hadn't been fitted properly not by them and yet they fixed them. Over all I would recommend them they are good at what they do and super friendly came back to sort stuff out that they didn't need to.
