Today I travel from bargarh to sambalpur from the shakti bus going to Bhubaneswar. The behavior of conductor and driver was very bad, when I asked them to drop me at a certain location, they were using slangs to me , they treat me like a begger and stop the bus after 2 km. At 10:40 PM i was walking backward 2 km to reach the location. Is this the service we are getting after paying the bus fare.

I have booked my ticket on 29 April 2022 on odbus.in from RAYAGADA to bhubaneswar but the Kingfisher bus cancelled their service i haven't got my refund yet there is no response from odbus group please I request odbus group to send me the refund as I am poor I need that money.

I had booked a ticket of reliance bus by OD bus app for BBSR to Kolkata. But it cancelled before 2 hours from my journey time. That time I got a call by OD Bus Group. and they gave me a ticket for Annapurna Volvo Bus in same fare. The bus condition was too much good. Staff's behavior also friendly. And These all are amenities with real Volvo like LED, Music System , Reading Light, Fire Extinguisher.

I would like to say thanks to OD Bus Group. and I suggest, if you are goes to Kolkata then you can take this bus.

Glad to know that OD BUS trying to keep in touch with passanger.It was a good journey with OD bus . So many times I prefer od bus in online platform. But one more things that I request you to change is price of non AC bus . In online non AC bus ticket price as ac bus .so it's not comfortable for passengers. Take a necessary steps in this regards.

I am Chita Ranjan Dash, travel from Bhubaneswar to Nawarangpur and return back by OD BUS, the Service and Management is excellent, i advice to Book ticket Through ODBUS

I booked two tickets in one good Bus (Tripathy Bus) given seat no. A11,W12 via PNR-702041597863. But that Bus got cancelled and I am allotted single sleeper seat S-9(Upper Last Seat) to travel for two person in one Non-AC Bus(Dilkhus).The fare amount I payed online is Rs. 1506/- for A11,W12 two seat is much higher compared to the allotted single sleeper seat S-9 of Non-AC Bus.

So, One ticket fare amount(approx. Rs. 750/-) should be deposited back for the inconvenience caused by OD-Bus service.

During the covid situation the sitting seats are so much uncleaned with bad smell.I had booked a ticket in sleeper from Bolani to bhubaneswar on 21/4/21.When i was going to sleep then there is a splitting of Pan..it's so dirty 7 nasty.Request ODBUS to maitain your bus keep clean,hygenic & sanitized.Both the driver & the conductor also not wearing mask

I booked ticket online from OD Bus .Bus name was DilDar, Ticket said OD02BJ 7857 . When I reached New Bus Stand, Berhampur, A Dildar Bus with number OD02BT 7657 . I asked Conductor (7657)whether it is 7857 and going to Bhubaneswar. It said its not 7857, 7857 is out side Bus stand .I asked three times and they said three time no . But when I called ODBus customer support and talked to driver through conference call, Driver said you should have sit in any bus ( in a criminal manner) .

One more thing, I want to add 18 number was alloted offline to some one. I think they are running a scam together ( OD bus and Dildar) and playing with peoples money .one more thing Both Berhampur and Bhubaneswar are corrupt brothers of Odisha.

I am going to market their scam for a lifetime .I wish them both go waste to ashes.

I knew in my heart that I hate private buses attitude in Berhampur and Bhubaneswar .
Now ..
I hate private buses from my heart from now.People booking tickets in online to private buses are f heads .Now on wards I hate private buses from last atom of my blood including yours. I would fully support govt buses from core of my heart. boycott private buses even if it cost me of life time work.

I understand there is no requirement of customer value and behavior in these private buses from Berhampur and Bhubaneswar . you just need buy a bus and count people as they pay ( who cares about quality),if you can count people , you are next to a god. right?

Rest system will understand slowly.

I booked a sleeper ticket from Berhampur to Bhubaneswar on 19/11/2020 in DILDAR BUS leaving Berhampur at 2:30 pm. But during my journey the bus conductor inform me that my seat will be shared by another one too..I had to pay double the money by cash to retain my seat.

That's the worst service I have encountered.. Either you ask us for more money while booking online..
I guess either the ODBUS authorities don't know about such misdeeds by the buses.

Plz try to resolve this issue...And if possible make feedbacks of different buses public in the website..this will help customers to choose their bus and they will also develop trust on ODBUS website
