The concept is good but customer experience extremely variable. There is no way to plan the delivery as they contact you randomly text or email a few minutes to an hour before the delivery slot and respect the original time only 60% of the time. Worse they don’t respect delivery instructions and don’t even attempt to ring the door leaving the box outside. This has happened with their internal and external delivery teams for months and they still don’t do anything about it. The substitutions are also not acknowledged since they changed the website and every ticket you open is really not proactively resolved. Same with the emails and receipts, you might get random emails or not at all with no control over them. Again, good concept but very poor execution… really wanted them to succeed but at this point the feedback and chances I have given they should pay me…

Almost perfect. Which is exactly what one should expect and appreciate. I love the imperfect produce that I get at perfectly reasonable prices! 4-stars is better than 5 in this case because if I wanted perfection I would go to loblaws… delivery is reliable. Product is great quality

I've been receiving boxes for 2 months now, and I'm always impressed. I like to do my weekly meal plan and shopping after I get my box in case I get something unusual (I get a plus box) The produce is fresh and in great shape. I love getting things when they are in season!

Always fresh products delivered to my door every week. We are saving so much and eating more fruits and veggies. I love the recipe suggestions too!

Really great service. Wishing for a few improvements: 1) Make it easier to switch between delivery locations. I divide my time between two homes so would like to be able to save multiple addresses and just choose which one to deliver to for the week, but each time I switch, I have to re-enter all address details.
2) Be able to login without an email code (bring back account passwords!). My blind elderly mother has a hard time navigating the account dashboard and figuring out how to skip upcoming deliveries. I used to be able to log in for her and do this, but now I need her to retrieve the code from her email -- it just makes it that much harder.
On that note, a full assessment of how accessible your website and service are for people with disabilities could be extremely valuable. I suspect OddBunch is a tremendously worthwhile service to people with disabilities, but that there are certain things you're doing that make the experience more difficult for them.

It’s a great delivery service and the amount of food you get is perfect for the price. The food may be a bit smaller in size or oddly shaped but just as yummy. Over all great experience!

We just love getting the box every week! Absolutely fantastic value!! Getting items we wouldn’t normally buy. Have no plans of leaving the program!

Most deliveries are made on the exact delivery date, and in most boxes we do not receive the fresh spice as requested. Overall I'm happy with the fruits and vegetables that we have received so far and look forward to the monthly surprise box that we receive. Thank you!

I’ve ordered the fruits and veggies mixed box a few times from odd box. The quality of the food is always good, however some of the boxes become quite repetitive especially with the fruits. It is a great way to save money and reduce food waste. The only thing I would improve is the weekly variety of fruits/veggies available. Definitely would recommend though as the skip option comes in quite handy if you are not needing the box some weeks!

Great communication and customer service. We are trying to find the ‘odd’ produce. The quality is great. Nothing ‘odd’.

Besides, helping the planet, odd bunch has made me excited to receive my box each week. Being able to make recipes from what I've received that week, like a mustery box challenge at Master Chef. :) Iit also made me incorporate more vegetables and fruits in my diet.

I’ve been using Odd Bunch for a few months now and it’s been great. The produce is usually fresh, the variety is solid, and it makes eating healthy way easier without spending a ton. I also like that it reduces food waste and introduces me to things I wouldn’t normally buy.

The fruit and veggies are fresh and really big. I'm quite impressed. I might not be able to afford to get it every week, but at least once every other week or once a month is good.

Solid 4star, recommend everyone try this for at least a month! Great value!! We love our weekly box. Have we had something we have had to toss out in last year of ordering...sure. But the overall value regardless is amazing compared to local store pricing! Customer service is fast and top notch, any issue we have had with ordering, subscription, bad items, missing items..whatever..all resolved flawlessly. Great program to support.
