I placed an order for two products back…
I placed an order for two products back in February 2026. For three months, I heard nothing. I sent multiple follow-up emails, all of which were completely ignored. I actually had to file a consumer petition just to get a reaction out of this company.
Finally, in May 2026, they sent a package. But they only delivered one of the two items I paid for. To cover their tracks, they then marked my entire order as "delivered." Keeping a customer in the dark for months, forcing them to take legal/consumer action, and then only half-fulfilling the order while claiming it's complete is just bad business. Extremely disappointed and still waiting for my missing product or a refund.
