Faulty item.

I have purchased the off white puffer on 8/5 and have just washed it for the first time, and have noticed the entire seam below the left shoulder has come undone. I expected more from oddie.

I have tried to contact the oddie team on their website with my order number but can not leave a message as it states order number doesn’t exist.
I am very unhappy considering this item wasn’t cheap, and I have only worn the item once.

Do not place any orders

Still waiting for my order which was placed on the 16th November who ever though any order could take 5WEEKS ……… and still no response from them I’m so disappointed and unset for my children nieces and nephews u have ruined our Christmas spent all the money here and noting to give them now unbelievable
Has my order been dispatched yet ? I sent this e mail 10 days ago !! u have ruined my Christmas and the children thank u for your blessings took my money knowing u had NO Intention of sending my order how terribly disappointing of this company

A Company with lots to Hide, Stay Well Away
Oddie came delivered damaged, not in the gift box or satchel with a bow as advertised on the website, as per FAQ and T&C.
The parcel had slash marks on one side, it went through the packing bag, through the vac sack bag and through what you could describe as a old fashioned plympsol bag. During transit, it got wet and dirty. To top it off the idiot courier left it outside, damaged side down on a dirty wet drive in the rain. Large printed sign on door advising to open porch door and put inside there is cctv so it's safe. The courier took no notice to this, they did not even ring the bell. The cctv did not record as they did not press the bell and ir did not open porch door which rakes still images and records to hard drive. Just dumped in the rain and went. After purchasing you get an email advising they are very busy, so there maybe a delay, they advise they will contact you when with courier, this did not happen, it eventually arrived in a crap state. It for a Xmas present, so give it gruby and say sorry wash it, or wash it and give it, but look like 2nd hand or copy, no official packing, satchel or gift bag to even put it in, if it comes clean. No way of contacting customer services apart from a help email. I contacted them and got a reply to say will be in contact in between 1 and 3 days as very busy, 5 days later still no contact, sent a 3md email but got the same reply, we are busy and will respond in 1 to 3 days. They can't offer customer service, but they pester you every other day from the sales department trying to sell you something else. They don't call they just email. They don't provide a telephone number ad they obviously get a massive amount of complaints. It costs less to hide behind a email address, as a agent can deal with more emails in the time it takes to fob you off on the phone. Very poor service. You can guess how many complaints they are dealing with if they can't respond to a email in 5 days, then you have to try again. I wish I had bought a fake or a look similar item from ebay or amazon. This company are not to be trusted, take your money, don't send packaged as stated on website, then sent the cheapest way possible damaged, with a courier that can't read English, then you get ignored by customer service, with no other way of contacting them, other than email.
Don't wate your money here, buy a fake at half the price with amazon or eBay protection.
NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME TO SORT THIS OUT. I had to go on VPN to gain access to the .COM site, on here you can get an online Chat with an agent. I spoke with Penelopie after a hour explaining it all she said Austim had emailed me, I explained he had not, The email she said he sent asked for all the details i had already given including Photos. They refuse to give out contact details other than help email address.They say they will help you on online chat but you do not get anywhere. they ask you to attach photos to online chat, there system will not allow you to, it thinks its a virus. They refuse to give you any other way of contacting them. I am stuck with a dirty damaged Oddie that was a xmas present for my niece. I now have to buy her something else. I have asked to chat with a Manager and told not possible, told the best i will get is a supervisor, I asked to do that and told supervisor not started yet. I will explain when they come in, I then get asked if they can do anything else and sent me a smiley face.. Then Penelopie disconnected the chat and went on break as I clicked for another Chat online and got Brogan who said Penelopie now on break, I then got transferred to Chris, 2 and a half hours later, now got to start the whole process all over again.
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY. I bought from them to get a original, not a fake or a copy, paid full price.I would love to know why a company has multiple websites offering different ways of contact but for the same company???. Why do they not have contact telephone number???, When you can have a online chat with an agent without using a VPN. What has this company got to hide???????????

Order place and paid for in September…

Order place and paid for in September 2021 and 20 days past shipment date the items are still not shipped. Had to chase and re-chase a response regarding and still not dispatched. Excuses given and where other companies seem to have no issues getting orders delivered (from outside U.K. as well)
Far from happy and not a company I’d recommend to anyone. Once I get the refund I’ll be placing an order with rival company
