I absolutely love Odd Muse. The dresses in particular are a dream, they make me feel like a doll, a very snatched doll. I believe in the past 6 months I got 3 dresses, 2 skirts and a blazer. And cannot wait for the next drop. Welp 🖤

I have contacted odd muse over a few issues and every time the customer service has been outstanding. My latest contact with customer service was with Katie and she was nothing short of fantastic at her job - professional, clear and super efficient. Keep doing exactly what you are doing Odd Muse!

Firstly, I'd like to start this review by saying I've followed odd muse for a couple of years and I absolutely love the look of the dresses.
I finally ordered myself one and the material was beautiful, so heavy, the quality was brilliant but the sizing is mental!
I'm a size 10 and I had to order a XL which is mad. An XL to me is a size 18-20 which I am not.
The dress was very fitted around my tummy area but huge in the arms and neck area.
I've already packed it back up to return.
Such a shame because I loved the idea of wearing a odd muse dress but it made me feel absolutely ridiculous about my body shape.

Love the quality of the clothing and customer service by this women-owned brand! I mistakenly ordered two of the same item and I asked if the item could be replaced with a different color, fully expecting for that not to be feasible as the order has already been placed. Thankfully, they were quick to modify the order and grant my request. Tremendously appreciated, both for the kindness and flexibility but also for the urgency and quickness this matter was treated with!

Ordered items in the archive sale and received them the next day - can’t believe how fast the delivery is! It was my first order with Odd Muse, but it won’t be my last. Love the clothes and the service!

My dress arrived with marks and pulls on the material. Customer service while professional and responsive offered me a 15% partial refund or to return for a gift card balance once inspected. Disappointing considering the quality I would expect for the prices.
I ordered a new dress elsewhere and will sadly pay more to have the dress fixed.

I had an exchange that involved a few moving parts, and the customer support team went far above and beyond. They responded incredibly quickly (often multiple times a day), proactively solved issues before I even had to ask, and were genuinely kind throughout the entire process.

I’ve honestly never experienced this level of care or responsiveness from a support team before. What could have been frustrating was completely stress-free thanks to them. Truly exceptional service.

Sizes are way off and to reiterate another review, temu quality and London prices. There are much better brands out there offering better quality for an equal if not lower price. A couple of the dresses I tried on were stained and the shop floor was dirty.

Can not fault oddmuse at all! Delivery is rapid, they were very prompt with responding to queries and returns (I bought the wrong size originally and had to return/exchange) which is amazing as I ordered over the Christmas/ new year period. The dress is absolutely STUNNING and compliments my figure beautifully 😍 Bought for my graduation and it was PERFECT 🤩

The customer service I received from a young lady called Olivia in the New Bond Street branch was amazing. Such a lovely girl and made me feel very welcome in the shop, look forward to returning
