Funds not received
Funds not received. I paid 20 USD and nothing was transferred to my account. I tried to contact support and nothing. The transaction is just sitting there pending for over 2 hours now. Will have to contact credit card company for chargeback. Very disappointed.

We manually approve and verify all payments, sometimes it can take a little longer than usual. I am assuming this has been long resolved, and hopefully was not such a dramatic experience in the end

Payment/Withdrawal Options
The site is good but the payment and withdrawal system needs to be upgraded. Whenever I withdraw my funds, I need to put it on Skrill and from there, I again need to wait for another withdrawal/credit to my personal bank account. Quite a hassle. Take a look at G2G.com, they have a lot of options that make the process more convenient.
