Extremely rude drivers. I was trying to send my sister+ her bycicle home with a taxi (+her bicycle) I called my first taxi, he refused because she was only one, (this was outside a bar so he just picked up a group of three instead) exactly the same happened 3 more times over the course of 1,5 hours in the middle of the night, the 2nd and 3rd driver told me to call another car because it would be there in 5 minutes? Is this really the answer to give a customer, I do get the profit for the driver is higher with groups but that is not a way to treat your customers.. I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy.

You have to be lucky to get on the phone someone that actually knows what should be done and doesnt act like is making you a big favour.
