Ordered for my dad’s birthday last week and so far sooo good! Very easy to use specially for elderly.

Feels expensive to hold, shaver is perfect, slight cuts if used aggressively.

It’s amazing for all types of trimming—very smooth, precise, and you don’t get any cuts. It glides easily and makes the whole process quick and comfortable. Definitely one of the best tools I’ve used.

I love my Odenson Beard Forger. My beard usually looks unruly no matter how much I comb it, but this tool left it neat and shaped in just a few minutes. It's very easy to use and feels well-made. I've been using it almost every morning. It's definitely one of the best grooming tools I've ever tried.

I bought the Stone Shaver because Odenson promised "No Nicks. No Fear. Just Smooth Skin."
I have tested it for a month, but probably only 5 times, because every time it is a bloody mess.
It alway leaves me with 5-10 small cuts.
Even if I am really really careful, it cuts me many times.
 
I asked Odenson for help, so that I can perhaps learn to use Stone Shaver in a way that avoids injuries.
Their only option was to to cancel the order.
This indicates that Odenson do not believe that the product works as promised.
They just want to make easy money on an overpriced gadget from China.

Company was very easy to work with and the products are high quality. From the feel to the application they feel high quality.

The main thing that I really appreciated is that they stayed in contact with me about everything! No AI bot no computer . Not only do they sale a great product that helps us bearded men look good to go out in public but their customer service is top notch and will help you anyway they can! Thats why I give them 5 stars! You dont get this kind of service anymore from other companies!

Works as described. No nicks or cuts. The included attachments are a solid bonus. I used to think these trimmers were pointless until I stopped getting nicks on my underarms and downstairs.

I had an issue with the foil blade attachment and reached out to the team at Odinson and expressed my concerns. I received a very warm response to my concern and was gifted 2 new foil blades the same day as I was told customer satisfaction was of their highest priority. I cant recommend Odison enough for anyone wanting quality and customer satisfaction. I felt my concern was heard and delt with immediately on recieving my email. If you want to feel confident when buying a shaver I highly recommend Odison, they are awesome deal with and their shavers are the best out there!! Don't hesitate to get yourself one.

Update:

Received the products today — the wash and the serum. I have to say, the quality of the bottle pumps is really disappointing. Even after priming them, you still have to pump several times to get anything out, which feels cheap and poorly made.

Compared to CPH Grooming, where one pump actually delivers as it should, this is a noticeable downgrade.

Honestly, I expected better. Very disappointed with the quality.

Amazing brand, amazing products and the best customer care

Foil blade broke after 6 weeks of use. Emailed Odenson and instead of offering a replacement blade, they sent me a link to buy more product. Terrible customer service!

I recieved it two days ago, and it was a love at first sight! The slick package, the design, the size: PREFECT! I used it for shaving and it gave great results. My skin is quite sensitive and I've seen no irritantion up until now, so that's a good sign. I have a good feeling about it, hoping for a long friendship with this piece of equipment!

A really good and comfortable machine (stone shaver). I've recently used the Braun Series 6, it is good but when shaving with it, i really have to keep going back to the place i just shaved, like 10 times, with this i only went back 3 times, which is actually good. The only reason i gave it 4 stars was because i thought it came with different trimmer lengths, from 1-12mm, it did come with some, but with only 4, so i can't get that close fade that i want, which is okay, doesn't matter. Overall the machine is great, really gets those tiny hair, and the color matte black, i love it, pretty good machine👌

Edit: forgot to say, when shaving with it, you feel nothing, you feel like you're putting something delicate and smooth on your skin, and then you realise... you're actually removing hair😂

My replacement experience with Odenson was very smooth and hassle-free. The process was clearly communicated, and the customer support team was responsive and helpful throughout.
