Best brand i like it

Love the quality of the knotted tree of life pendant. Chain is a bit too long for me so I will change that but the pendant and necklace are top quality. Love it👍

Thors Hammer Viking Necklace with Leather.

Bought in January to gift for Valentine’s. Ruined and discoloured by the end of March with careful wear-no showers, creams or sprays and removed for work to minimise sweating.
Spoke to store in their chat service while adding numerous pics, I was encouraged to send back but would have to ask for my gift back which I was reluctant to do which the store understood. I already felt embarrassed as the gift didn’t look like it should. I was informed at first that it could be reversed simply, then told it was oxidised and finally told it was normal tarnish probably by sweat buildup. Clearly there was a layer on this jewellery and it had worn off leaving a brassy look underneath. Very disappointing.
I should have known when I received the product that it wasn’t stainless steel by the high shine, glossy texture.
In response to their reply. The leather was never wet which is a lie and was never in question before but now is?? As if that would matter to the pendant any way.
I do respect that I was first told I could return it but informed them I did not want to ask for my gift back as this would put myself in an awkward position and they understood this. Yes again as I already stated I purchased the necklace at the end of January to gift for Valentines however by the end of March it was looking ruined and that is when I made contact, not before. It was worn carefully. I have many pictures as proof and have spoken to someone who has confirmed this isn’t stainless steel. This product is the only necklace I was interested in - why would I purchase another with the discount offered (at a loss to myself again) to have this happen all over. I note you have recently removed the said necklace from your store, most likely because I had left a bad review with pictures.
It was 60 days since purchase when I made contact and a 35% discount offered! I have our exchange of emails.
Poor quality and customer service.
The exact necklace with brown leather cannot be found online meaning my review is also missing, that’s convenient. I could clearly see it a few days ago when I left the review.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Odins Cave and I love them. The fact that they use recycled plastic and sustainably sourced wood was the main factor for me. My only disappointment was that I thought they would come with a pouch or box for safe keeping but were just wrapped in plastic, the reason for 4 stars rather than 5. The sunglasses are well made, lightweight and very stylish.

Product exceeded expectations on softness. The color is slightly green-ish but makes it look better in my opinion.

Ordered a ring and a keyring to make up enough money to qualify for free delivery. Told the ring I had ordered was no longer available with an apology that they had not updated their site. They offered an alternative ring which looked nothing like the one I ordered so asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They only refunded the ring so I received what turned out to be a very expensive keyring as I no longer qualified for free delivery. I would not recommend this company, their customer service is poor.

I made my order (Saturday) and realised I hadn't updated my shipping address. I contacted them Saturday pm and had an immediate response, they updated my address and they responded quickly when I contacted them on Monday to check. I received my items Tuesday. Very good customer service. Nice little discount offer and a wee giftie arrived with my purchase too. Good quality.
