WARNING they use EVRI when checkout says royal mail
WARNING, they say at checkout they are using Royal Mail but then i get a text message from EVRI who are THE most incompetent cOuRiErs in the UK bar none (maybe yodel) ,so ODL had also passed my personal phone number to EVRI for the order, now EVERI have my number again when i spent a LONG time making sure via legal talk letters my personal information and data was removed as they sell your info on and you will be swarmed with scam messages and emails.After it was removed the messages stopped.
Used ODL for years and won`t be using again, the rep didn't even bother saying "we will send with royal mail" he just said "we will get your order cancelled"
No serious business that relies on supplying customers via deliveries should use EVRI, it`s pointless penny snatching.
Ive written 58 pages of email complaints to EVRI in the last 2 years so it boils my blood when what should be a serious company uses them.
So goodbye after over 12 years of being a customer.
