I never received my perfume this is so poor

i didnt receive my order and you aren't answering to my mails

I placed an order and I did not receive any information or delivery.

Great product, really fast and tracked delivery

Ordered over a month ago emailed several times and responds about my order.

Normally this is a very reliable company. I have purchased at least 5 times from them. For whatever reason this time, I purchased the cologne on Dec. 11 and nothing has been shipped. I've reached out several times and even filed a complaint with PayPal (just so you know it's Dec 30 as I'm writing this). Love the fragrance and normally the service is good. This time no bueno...

I never received the perfume and l paid for

Ordered a the 50ml and a sample a couple of months ago. Received only the sample which was mostly spilled out. Never received the 50ml after weeks of waiting and emailing the company multiple times. Eventually I left a chat message on the website with my order details asking why my order hasn't shipped. To my surprise they responded days later, apologized for the delay saying there were new restrictions on shipping perfumes on airlines. They gave me a refund shortly after. Good luck to those seeking reimbursement. Try the website chat, you may get lucky like me and get your refund.

I have been a longtime customer…UNTIL NOW. I made payment…no response, no update, no shipment. I emailed multiple times as a longtime client…NOTHING. Forced to file a claim against the company. Very disappointing because I love the fragrance.

I did not receive the order it is confirmed since 21 november and no update about the shipping and the delivery date.
Even I’ve sent an email since no phone call available and i did not receive any reply.

i never received my order. This is the second time I ordered from Odyon Dubai and didn't receive the order. Even though I contacted them using both their website and gmail, they never bothered to respond. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

This has been an extremely disappointing customer service experience. I have not received the perfume I purchased, and despite reaching out to request a tracking number, I have not received any response.

I expect prompt communication and immediate action to resolve this matter. Please provide the tracking information or issue a full refund without delay.

Very very disappointed. Ordered 2 weeks ago and no response or updates regarding the order. It hasn’t been shipped. I’ve Emailed them 3 times and I haven’t received any response. I don’t know if I’ll get it or if they’ll refund. Very disappointing.

No customer service at all. Purchased my bottle of scorpion intense months ago and nothing came. What a shame, such a beautiful fragrance in the hands of a bunch of scammers
