Is a scam
I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered these exercise books for my child, expecting them to match the appropriate age level, but they are far too advanced and completely unsuitable.
The situation became even more frustrating when I tried to return them. The order unexpectedly included downloadable PDFs, which was never clearly stated upfront. I did not intend to purchase any digital content. Now it appears that accessing these files removes the option to return the product, which feels very misleading.
On top of that, it’s almost impossible to provide feedback through their website or social media channels.
Overall, this experience feels a scam and poorly handles.

We would like to say that every child develops at their own pace, and that finding the right level can sometimes be difficult. Some children need a little more support in their current group, while others are already ready for the next step. That is exactly why choosing by school group can sometimes feel challenging, even though we do our best to guide this as clearly as possible.
At the same time, we absolutely do not want to be known in the way you describe here. When someone is unhappy with their order, we always want to look for a fair and suitable solution together.
