good customer service
USPS lost my package, but a quick phone call made it right. Good customer service. The 2nd time around, they shipped with UPS. Very friendly and helpful on the phone.
Find another parts store
Ordered a tiny $6 part--plus $9 to ship. The order was routed to Boucher Hyundai in Milwaukee. Item dIdn't arrive. I emailed them at least 4 times asking what's up. Not one response. After 30 days. I got an email saying the order had timed out and they were cancelling. Not, I can order again, not they couldn't source the part, just cancelled. Mega sucks.
Do not under any circumstances order from this company
They claimed part was picked up by ups but of course it wasn’t, they then told me to order from a site on eBay which turned out to be them. They attempted to scam me twice and are still running the ad for a part they admitted they don’t have.

I ordered 2 small cabin air filters and 2 small plastic caps to cover windshield wiper nuts, standard shipping charges of $114.90 were not disclosed until after purchase on a product purchase amount of $129.74, almost doubling the cost of the parts. I have called their number 309-243-3940 numerous times; my phone calls have been forwarded directly to voicemail with no response from them. In addition, I have emailed them twice with no response either. I will have to dispute this with my credit card company as I have proof of requesting cancellation prior-to shipping, which is listed as policy on their website. Buyer beware in dealing with this company, total scam and no communication whatsoever.

My experience with OEM was great
My experience with OEM was great. I ordered an alternator, and through no fault of either party the shipment never arrived. There was a note from USPS that the alternator had "Fallen out" of the box which is odd, because the alternator was as big as the box itself. OEM agreed to ship a second alternator out at their expense, and this time used another carrier. The part arrived when they said it would, and we moved forward with the project.
No return, slow in reply emails
I order the wrong part and hopping for return. Emails many times for possible refund. They reply in a week and refuse on return because I did not give them the VIN #.

You didn't include nuts for a sway bar link. My son and I had to go to three different stores to buy the wrong nuts and the right nuts. Took a couple hours or more. O'Reilly has the nuts with their links. Next time, we'll go there. Why wouldn't you include the nuts? Now, you've sent me multiple emails asking for my review and it makes me realize how silly you are to not include two nuts with a sway bar. You want my time to give you a review? I'll give it to you. amount was deducted from my card, but the website showed an error
I bought some items worth up to $60. The amount was deducted from my card, but the website showed an error, the order wasn’t created, and no one is responding. They only have a contact form through which you can send a message, but I don’t think anyone will reply. I also haven’t received a refund for the payment. I advise everyone not to use this website.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE FOLKS
I purchased parts from this website, my Visa was billed but the parts were never delivered. It is a total scam website.
NO COMMUNICATION
No communication from them at all. I spent $300 on Toyota parts across 2 orders. One order was canceled with no reason given, the other didn't ship or list any sort of ETA or availability. No response to my emails. No other way to contact them. I didn't even receive order confirmation emails. I would absolutely never buy from them again. I will probably have to charge this back, as I've already repurchased everything from a reputable source.
do not buy from this group
do not buy from this group. The asked for my VIN for proper fit. I spent $100’s only to find out from the dealer that it will not work with my RAV 4. I cannot return it even though it was a part sold to me in error. Thier fault with their VIN DATA. another part that went along with it from a competitor was retuned without any issue.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - OEM PARTS ONLINE which is actually: AUTO NATION PARTS.
They are clearly a third party that works with dealerships to manage online orders. The website went down when I was doing my order and messed up the order for a 2023 Land Rover Defender wheel cover for a white & black defender (I was choosing black but glitched and added a silver one). We didn’t learn this until we received it 1/10/2025 and had ordered it originally on 12/18/2024. Their shipping costs say “estimate” and NEVER stay the same. My cost estimate said $131.38 and then I received an email saying the shipping cost is now $301.38 for two items and this is 2-day shipping from California to Washington. They come back with higher costs because they plug in the manufacturers box dimensions of the boxes the parts come in which increases the costs with fed ex.
We received the tire cover and it was the wrong color. When we called to let them know we had the wrong color and spoke to the manager, Michael on Friday (1/10/25) he said he would make it right. A follow up call on Tuesday (1/14/25) provided the following options which were all less than desirable or even make sense:
1. Pay to ship it back. They will refund the cost of the part minus a 15% restocking fee (despite me entering my VIN number when I placed the order) and then I can place a new order for the black one and pay shipping fees for that one too. My refund will take 5-15 days.
2. Pay to send it back, get a refund minus the restocking fee. Wait until they check the integrity of the return and provide the refund (approx 5-15 days). Then place a new order after I receive the refund.
3. Suggested that I paint this silver one black.
We decided to sell the tire cover ourselves and will order the black wheel cover from another company that we have done business with in the past and has delivered exceptional customer service (either local Land Rover dealer or Lucky8). Worst customer service experience ever.
i ordered 5 pcs but received 1 pce.
i ordered 5 pcs but received 1 pce.
I tried to contact several times but no reply.
Watch out
Watch out. They'll sell you a part, take your money and not tell you that the part is out of stock or discontinued until you call (Like I did) after 6 days of waiting for an update. Wasted a week assuming that since they advertised it and sold it to me, that they had the part to sell. Grr...
They don't honor returns
I spent about ~$500 in parts, included the VIN, and the parts didn't work. So I returned them as per their return directions, and then they ghosted me. I have sent several emails, and even submitted a new ticket about this. No response. So if you have any problems with your parts, expect to be screwed out of your money.
