Ordering was easy. Items came quickly. However, we needed the tubes accompanied by T-12 adaptors and we received T-8. We will adapt to that but it's not what we needed. Nevertheless, receiving this offer was a gift.

All new LED tube bulbs worked great. OEO, specifically Matt, was great to work with and asked the exact questions needed to get us the proper bulbs at the perfect hue. Replaced over 200 bulbs and every one worked, none were damaged in shipping, and our facility is now brighter and more energy efficient. Thank you OEO.

I changed 2 of my buildings to LED lights. The sales people that I talked to were very knowledgeable. They recommended what T8 tube lights and outside wall packs would work best for me. Very fast shipping!

After talking with Jim and resolving everything, I'm updating this review. There was a miscommunication around our order, but it was as much my fault as the customer service rep's, as I failed to verify the size of the bypass bulbs being provided after we'd eliminated the plug and play as an option. Not only was Jim incredibly helpful and understanding in resolving everything, he was also very forgiving of the mistake on our end. Would definitely recommend working with these folks, and will gladly do so again in the future
