The scheme operated as follows:
- I was directed to deposit over $26,000 via wire transfers to shell companies like:
- Gold Circuit Trading (Chase Bank)
- PrivToolkit Limited
- PrimaloFit Inc (Community Federal Savings Bank)
- I was promised automated trading support and withdrawal of profits.
- After generating 123,181 in profits, I was blocked from withdrawing unless I paid a $20,000 large withdrawal channel fee.
- I later discovered that:
- No withdrawal rules were disclosed in advance.
- The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has confirmed the platform is malicious and
fraudulent.
- CySEC has launched an investigation and confirmed the use of impersonated domains and fake regulation.
