Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. Happy to take your money every day of the week, but extremely poor customer service when ever you need to return something. Which unfortunately for me after many satisfied purchases has happened twice with this company. Both times start with a half hour interrogation and filling out documents. Then they ask if you are in town as apparently after the interrogation they have to send the product to the CSI team for further analysis which could take a week. I tell them I am not a local, purchased the rod just a few days prior and would like to be fishing this week. I question the quality of the product and wish to exchange it with another maker, they refuse, but are all too happy to destroy a perfectly saleable rod from the shelves by just giving me a replacement part from the model I no longer feel confidence in.
