Quick delivery, good minimal packaging

BANGING TEA!

I’m kinda hesitant with super fruity flavours, but these are subtle and I haven’t tried one I didn’t like yet. My fave is green tea with orange and jasmine and early grey and rose 💗

Tasty Tea (let it brew for best results!) Very pretty packaging. I got the taster set free as a work perk and on delivery I was very pleased I chose it - A lot more than I expected (including a full pack of Nicely Spiced)

The teas are amazing! You can easily tell they’re top quality and full of flavour. The design and packaging is great as well!

I loved most of your teas, but had bought an extra pack of rose Earl Grey Tea . I was quite disappointed to not see Bergamot oil in it, which I love. I have never seen Earl Grey with lemongrass (which I dislike). I think you better change the name of it, as Earl Grey is generally associated with Bergamot oil. some companies do Lady Grey using lemon oils.

Received the birthday selection boxes as a gift from work. Lovely teas and infusions.

Ordered the birthday box to try a variety of tea's before deciding on my favourite and enjoyed some that I wouldn't normally go for so I'd highly recommend getting a mixed box to begin. Received free stickers in box too!

It’s such a shame because I love the tea! But I entered a subscription which should have been free delivery yet they charged me despite assuring me they wouldn’t after their first mistake. When a delivery charge was applied to my next subscription, they ignored my emails so I cancelled.

Great teas, amazing service

These were nice teas - quite unusual flavour combinations. I've only had them hot so far, but my sister tried one cold and enjoyed it. I especially liked the OFFBLAK packaging.

Fast service, fab teas!

I would give the quality and taste of the tea 5 stars and the efficient style of letterbox delivery and the branding/packaging, also 5 stars.

The reason I only chose 4 stars is the so called 'free shipping' tea subscription plans. I have paid 12 pounds for 2 boxes with each box costing 4.24 every 2 weeks at a cost of 12 pounds every 2 weeks. 4.24 x 2 is 8.48 not 12. I also subscribed to a box of green tea every 4 weeks, 4.24 for the tea plus 3.99 shipping cost. This is clearly not free shipping. So for the second time I cancelled my subscription due to the shipping charges being more than the tea discount for subscription.

So I have decided to order in bulk over 25 pounds as this way shipping really is free, when I need more tea. I feel I lost out by being loyal and subscribing by getting hit with shipping costs.

I think there are improvements to be made, but when a free shipping claim is made that is what it means and its what people expect.
