My order never arrived
My order never arrived. After chasing them they said the parcel was lost and did I want a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement and the next email I got was an automated email saying I would get a refund in 3-5 days.

Sizing comes up small
Have bought here multiple times but the sizing on 3 pairs of shoes were so off. I’m usually a 7 but these fit like a 6. The quality was good but sizing being off meant I had to pay for delivery here and back. A lot of wasted money
