Carplay offertaoggi, una fregatura
Ho ordinato 2 carplay pagandoli in contrassegno 142€. Ho ricevuto 2 monitor con videocamera inutili che centrano niente con quanto proposto. Impossibile contattarli per effettuare la restituzione ed ottenere un rimborso. STARE ALLA LARGA

In data 28.04.2025 ho ordinato un carplay pagandolo in contanti alla consegna.
Purtroppo al ricevimento non ero a casa per motivi di lavoro e solo ieri 11.05.2025 ho potuto aprire il pacco e sono rimasto allibito perche' nel suo interno c era un monitor che non aveva niente a che fare con quello che ho ordinato pagandolo 120 euro.
Gia ieri ho mandato un email di reclamo e a tutt'ora non ho ricevuto nessun riscontro.Questa sera ne ho spedita un altra...speriamo in un riscontro.
Considero questa azienda alla grande non affidabile, come si fa a sostituire un prodotto con un altro? Cose da pazzi

Ho ordinato su questo sito una spazzola per cani al prezzo di 40 euro più spese di spedizione. Poco dopo ho cambiato idea ed ho cercato di mettermi in contatto con l'azienda per annullare l'ordine prima che il prodotto venisse spedito ma non ci sono riuscito in quanto il numero di telefono del venditore risultava inesistente e l'indirizzo di posta elettronica sconosciuto. Anche l'indirizzo postale dell'azienda è risultato inesistente, perciò non è di fatto possibile esercitare il diritto di recesso.
