Amazing experience of doing the office chair yoga. Interesting way to do yoga in work or school. My high recommendation.

Amazing experience of doing the office chair yoga. Interesting way to do yoga in work or school. My high recommendation.
I have really enjoyed the chair yoga. I am not fit and the exercises are designed to be about strengthening and stretching underworked limbs. I find it helps release stress and tension in my shoulders in particular. I have been to other chair yoga classes and this one is the best.
Ildi is a lovely gentle teacher and she invites us just to do what feels comfortable for us, showing us various easier options so we can choose what we can manage. I really enjoy her class and feel stretched by it. I've been going to her class for several months and can really feel the benefit. She seems to get a good balance between warming up slowly, getting us to do what we can, then a gentle relaxation.... Definitely recommend her classes.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from chair yoga but the class is welcoming and friendly and the hour long session is just right, just challenging enough without leaving you feeling out of your depth even as a beginner. Ildi is friendly and supportive and I go away feeling relaxed and well stretched. Recommend to anyone not sure about yoga - give it a go!
The class is great for me as I have many issues with my bones and muscles, it helps me to learn about movement and stretching and breathing the correct way. Our tutor ildi has more patients than a saint...
