Ordering and receiving the stickers was fine—no issues there. However, once we got the sign, we followed the instructions word for word. We also watched the video you recommended, which, by the way, shows a completely different installation process than the one for the product we purchased. The letters stick too strongly to the transfer film, making them very difficult and time-consuming to separate. We are skilled and experienced artists here at the shop, and even we struggled with the process. We eventually managed to install it, although some letters ended up slightly wrinkled. In the end, we got it to work, but the experience was frustrating.
