Prices and shipping were reasonable, however their return policy is a big joke. Buy something for 13.76 and pay 6.99 for shipping then if for any reason you need to return the item, they will only reimburse you for the 13.76 and you have to pay an additional 6 plus dollars to return the item, so you end up being out the 13 plus dollars just to get 13.76 refunded. This is a JOKE, I can do better reselling the item myself on ebay. Should get closer to my full purchase price for the item.

HORRIBLE customer service! The supposed "lady" who answers the phone would NOT give me her name, and would NOT transfer me to a superior. She laughed at me when asked to be transferred and lied to me saying she had to go, and chose to hang up on me. She's also very incompetent at answering questions, as she doesn't listen to the whole question being asked. That was very apparent because her response had nothing to do with my question, even though she thought she was answering my question. Don't waste your time and money on this so-called "business". The customer service "lady" (Carol) obviously HATES the customers who call in by evidence of the fact that she's incredibly rude to them. She needs to NOT be in customer service because she SUCKS at it and is going to cause OfficeSuperSavers to go out of business.
