Terrible support
Beautiful watch – but terrible customer service and support
I purchased the Pook M24 from their official store. The design is beautiful and the watch itself feels solid – there’s definitely potential in the product.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The watch I received was defective, and when I tried to contact their support, the experience was terrible. They ignored my messages, were very difficult to communicate with, and provided no help at all despite multiple attempts.
In the end, I only got my money back after 1.5 months, and only thanks to PayPal’s buyer protection – not because the company did anything to resolve the issue. They simply stalled and avoided responsibility.
It’s a shame, because the watch itself looks great, but their communication, attitude, and customer service are absolutely unacceptable.
I cannot recommend PookWatches until they improve how they treat their customers.
