Warning scam! After purchasing your order, you get what looks like a confirmation but then no product is ever shipped out. I should’ve read these reviews first. Complete scam. It’s been two weeks now. No email confirmation no reply from customer support, no tracking information available. They just take your money and disappear.

It’s a scam , not received goods, should have read reviews first!

Complete scam - ordered on 3rd Oct and still not received. Trying to track company as email doesn’t work.

Total scam. Saw what looked like very credible ad on Instagram and ordered two lights. Got what looked like a credible order confirmation. Since then, nothing. Email chases appear to go in to a black hole. I’m attempting to get the funds back from my credit card company but don’t hold out much hope. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Absolute scam. Paid for 2 nightlights nearly 3 months ago. They have taken the money and I haven’t received them. Emailed the company and no response. Avoid, avoid

Same as here, the b******s got me. I also bought the lamp costing ‘just £20’ but feel my ego bruising like a peach after I was scammed. AVOID!

SCAM ARTISTS!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Never again will I make a purchase via the socials without researching here first!! Valuable lesson learnt

If I could do no stars I would. Just to add to the previous reviews DO NOT buy from this company as they take the money, send order confirmation and then you do not receive your items. Very annoying!

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I also ordered from Instagram the night lights £20 but same as other reviews never replied to a single email and they never arrived. Lesson learnt on my part but a real shame.

Complete scam of a company! Came up as a sponsor on Instagram and ordered 2 lights from them.
Once ordered received a confirmation but with nil order number or tracking. Order never received and customer service is not existent! Thankfully only paid just over £20 but still very annoying! AVOID!!

Do not order.

You will receive an order confirmation and a broken tracking link. All efforts to contact the company will result in tumbleweeds.

I wish I read the reviews on TrustPilot first. Fortunately I didn’t spend a lot of money. They send an order confirmation and then disappear. Customs service doesn’t exist. Tracking number isn’t valid. Lesson learned.

As with everyone else here we’ve clearly all been scammed out of our money. Luckily I paid via PayPal and have now been given a full refund after the claim was found in my favour. The website is clearly just there to take money without the intention of providing goods. It was advertised on a social media site at first but now I no longer see the ads.

Order an item over a month ago, still no sign of it! Wish I knew they were scammers.
Contacted Bank, opened a case so hopefully I’ll get my money back.

I'm absolutely devastated this is a scam! Like most people we absolutely don't have the spare money to essentially throw away! I have sent e-mail after e-mail and did initially get a response but they were obviously automated responses. I have also reported to Shop as I was asked to download the app but there are disclaimers all over the app that they are not responsible and I won't get a response directly. Gutted
