I feel scammed

I feel scammed – no delivery after 1 month

I placed an order with them a month ago after seeing their ads on TikTok. I still haven’t received anything. The tracking link I was given has shown for an entire month that the package is “on its way,” but at the same time it also says that it hasn’t even been shipped yet, which is very confusing.

When I email them, I only receive a standard reply saying that the order is delayed. Five days ago, I gave them a 7-day deadline to deliver my package, otherwise I will proceed with filing a police report, as I feel deceived.

I really wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering. Based on my experience, I can only advise others to be very cautious. It’s truly disappointing to see a company operate in this way.
