They COMPLETELY ripped us off on tickets purchased weeks in advance for Mousetrap. All was done - confirmation emails from them received, receipt received, my US phone number and email registered, all ready to go. UNTIL THE NIGHT of the PERFORMANCE. Voilà!! No tickets delivered. No answer on their phone lines. No reply to urgent emails sent. NOTHING. Completely ripped us off. Even when we got to the theater - where all purchases are registered, including those through third-party sites like this- the theater had no record of our purchase. Standing there with my wife and two sons, the theater VERY KINDLY sold us four seats at a discount out of their courtesy. I WOULD NEVER recommend doing business with this ticket reseller. I had a HORRIBLE experience and would never work with them again.
