It was very easy to get questions answered in their chat window on the website, then it was only maybe a day or two before I got the call. My counselor Travis was efficient in sending the ESA letter which then passed the apartment application. Then it took two minutes on their chat to get the $35 refund when they didn't need additional documentation. Would recommend!
