A massive thank you to Neil and Chris for diagnosing and helping me to negotiate the best way forward, after I asked them to take a look at a car I have purchased which I am concerned about. I have been to their garage a number of times over the years and always been struck by the vibe in the garage when you walk into the reception from the team there and their customers. The garage has an excellent reputation in the area and I will not go anywhere else moving forward. Thank you so much

It's so rare to be able to give positive review about customer service and customer care and it's something I rarely feel inclined to do but after a frustrating few day of trying to solve an issue with my car Offmore Road Garage proved that there are still Garages who care, Not only that but even when I thought that they had tried everything and actually said "Well thank for trying...." they (Chris, one of the Directors, said “I just want to try one more thing.." and Boom! it worked!! I can’t thank them enough. Just one more reason why we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you guys. X

Twice, they have been asked asked if they would arrange for a 'collect and return' service, for someone who is disabled. Twice, they haven't even had the decency to respond.
