Off the drive were very quick and easy to deal with, there's no pressure to sell your car, no haggling or extra fees. They deal with everything so there's no stress of trying to sell the car yourself. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I was a bit skeptical at first because of my experience with "WBAC" but these guys gave me the best offer and did not give me any hassle, they took the car and sent the moneys over in an instant. I would highly recommend if you are struggling to sell your car :)

Beware!! Scam Company!!
I sold my GLC to them recently. They said the android headunit was not the original mercedes screen and requested me to post the original one for swap.
However, when I posted the screen out, they do not take my phone nor reply me in whatsapp.
Also, when someone came to collect the car, the staff said there will be a confirmation letter to be sent by email on the same date saying that the car being collected etc to protect me if a ticket to be sent after they collected the car, it can proof that car being sold.
However, no such email / letter even the person via whatsapp saying will draft such letter soonest.
The car is now up in autotrader showing the description “Apple Car Play& Android Auto Upgraded Screen with Google Access”
I believe its not the car buyer’s request to swap the screen, its the middleman’s idea to scam my screen.

Update: soon after I posted a review here, someone from offthedrive texted me saying the person I contacted was on leave, and s/he is asking me to rewrite the review and drafted a review for me to post.
I refused to do so and asked for the screen swap, s/he said not going to “help” me get the screen back because I didn’t rewrite the review.
They said a few times a hole was found in the cupholder of the car, IT IS THE ORIGINAL PARTS FROM MERCEDES. THERE IS HOLE.
I hope everyone to see how professional is this company and how reliable are they.

It is a great shame that you have left this review, especially considering we successfully sold your car, had it collected and paid for (full asking price) in less than 20 minutes. On the day of collection you were happy with the process and the fact that we provided a quick turnaround for your car. We turned up on time, we did not haggle the price of your vehicle and provided an efficient and professional service.
As you know, you sold your mercedes with an aftermarket screen attached and did not inform us or the buyer of this, and kept the original screen in your garage.
Therefore the buyer of your vehicle requested you send them the original screen so that they may swap it over if required. Whoever fitted the aftermarket screen drilled holes through the cup holders and unfortunately did not do a very professional job. So when the buyer of your vehicle tried to remove this screen they discovered holes in the dashboard and cup holders.
In order to prevent any further damage, they are attempting to sell the car with the current screen on it and have told you that they will return whichever screen is not sold with the car. You have since written this review and called us a scam company which is completely untrue.
Considering the smooth and simple process we provided when selling your car - it is deeply concerning you would write such a review for a company.
UPDATE:-
Anthony, you said you would amend the review to something that is truthful, so we have evidence of you admitting you were not truthful before. By all means leave us a 1 star review - that we cannot do anything about. But threatening us with negative, misleading and false reviews is something we will simply cannot tolerate.

Thank you for your review and we are sorry you feel this way.
In your case, we are talking about a £110,000 Audi R8 which one of our top buyers had made an offer on. Obviously there are a number of security checks that need to occur before a buyer can simply bank transfer that volume of money, this is standard industry practice.
These security checks typically can take up to 48 hours before we can confirm a collection date, I am very surprised that this was unacceptable to you.
It ultimately depends on how you value your own time and if you were looking for an instant cash transfer for you car, you should have considered taking it directly to WBAC to accept their offer, which was circa £15,000 less.
