Nothing changed

I wanted to buy a challenge and due to worse experiences with OFP in the past, I wanted to know details.

Reason: I purchased an instant funded account weeks ago, the help pages show a leverage of „up to 1:30“. My experience was: most of the pairs had a 1:1 leverage. Asked the support and they confirmed the 1:1 leverage. But the help pages… ?

Wanted to know the exact leverages for the new instant plus program, contacted support again and got - nothing.

This is marketing vs reality. New corporate identity and marketing does not change DNA of a firm. No transparency. No support.

Would not buy another program there and cannot recommend this prop firm.

I simply cannot accept their argues, that „all leverages per program“ are described on their pages. This is simply not true. They describe „ranges“, a.g. „Up to 1:100“. I had an account with a leverage of 1:1, which is indeed „up to“ 1:30. I would like to have a list:

Forex: 1:xx
Metals: 1:xx
Energy: 1:xx

I didn‘t get that.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Transparency regarding trading conditions, including leverage, is important, and we understand how discrepancies between information on our help pages and actual account conditions can cause frustration.

Leverage may vary depending on the specific program, asset class, market conditions, and risk-management policies in effect at the time. However, if you check our website you will see the available leverages across assests.

We also understand your concerns regarding the support experience. Timely and detailed responses are essential when evaluating a trading program, and we regret that your inquiries did not receive the clarity you were seeking.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve both our communication and customer support processes. If you would like us to review your previous support interactions, please contact us with your ticket details so we can investigate further.

We wish you success in your trading journey.

Worst Prop Firm in the Industry

Worst Prop Firm in the Industry

Where do I start?

I had two $200k accounts and traded both successfully. When I requested payouts, the risk team reviewed my trading and refused to pay. They then provided guidance on what they wanted to see going forward and reset both accounts back to $200k.

Taking their feedback seriously, I followed the risk team's guidance to the letter. I then generated $6,100 profit on one account and $3,600 on the other before submitting another payout request, fully expecting there to be no issues.

I couldn't have been more wrong.

This time, they simply introduced new reasons for refusing payment. It feels like the rules change whenever it suits them. In fact, I have since received an email stating that some of the very rules they relied on have now been removed for new accounts. That only reinforces my belief that the process is inconsistent and unfair.

From my experience, this firm appears far more interested in collecting evaluation fees than paying profitable traders. After spending significant time and effort following their instructions exactly, I was still denied payouts.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise traders to think very carefully before spending money here.

Trust pilot identified their behaviour well, bunch of rouges who will never pay you, do not trust them, they find some thing to deny your payout while promising every thing on this earth just to sell their accounts and get your money

I read OFP's reply to my review on 12/06/2026, and feel to add few more things to expose their dishonest behaviour. they ask me to migrate from ctrader account i purchased to MT5 within a week, when I have 05 open position(all BTC buy positions around 66k, and the price shoot up to 80k range within 2/3 weeks), no responsible company ask client to migrate with in a week, I also noticed their immature, and illogical behaviour during the chats, but true colors has shown when I requested my usd 7k payout and their reply to my review is to contact support team to get clarification about rejection of payout , I dont need any further clarifications for the arbitrary decision based on rules not mentioned anywhere, all I need is the payout I earned legitimately.

OFP Funding Unjust Termination: Banned for the Exact Strategy Their Own Admins Praised as "Ethical"! (Proof Attached)

I am writing this review to warn the entire trading community about the highly questionable and unjust practices of OFP Funding. My experience proves that if you are a disciplined, profitable trader, this firm will invoke vague clauses to terminate your account and avoid fulfilling their commitments.
1. My Track Record and Long-Term Profitability
To establish context, I am not a new or reckless trader trying my luck. I have a long-standing history with OFP Funding since last year, during which I have successfully and consistently withdrawn approximately $10,000 in total payouts. My entire track record with this firm proves my long-term profitability, discipline, and strict alignment with professional market standards.
2. The Blatant Logical Contradiction
Most recently, my previous payout on May 7th was fully approved and processed without a single issue. Following that, my exact trading strategy on my $200,000 account was publicly featured and celebrated by OFP's own community management team in the official "#✅-ethical" channel.
They literally praised my approach, highlighting my "Controlled Risk" using disciplined 0.01–0.02 lot sizes on NASDAQ (NAS100).
They presented my steady execution as the benchmark for "ethical and disciplined trading" for the entire community to learn from.
3. The Unjust Termination and Technical Mess
Out of nowhere today, I received an automated email terminating my active accounts (21436 and 21437), claiming I breached their risk framework under Clauses 4.8, 4.9, and 4.10.
To show how flawed and rushed their system is:
The initial termination email claimed they were canceling my "pending payouts"—but I did not even have any pending payouts at the time!
When I confronted support, they admitted that I had no pending payouts but doubled down on the ban anyway, hiding behind their "discretionary rights" to terminate profitable traders without providing any concrete evidence or specific trade violations.
4. Why This is Absolute Injustice
Clause 4.8 of the Trader Agreement mandates a "Good Faith Requirement".
How can a trader who has generated nearly $10k in legitimate payouts since last year, and who strictly executes the exact disciplined strategy that the company officially endorsed and labeled as "Ethical" days prior, be accused of violating "good faith"?
If a strategy is suddenly deemed manipulative today, why did your own team promote it as a model for the community last week?
Conclusion: A Warning to All Traders
OFP Funding uses their "discretionary clauses" as a safety net to eliminate traders who successfully navigate the markets with low risk. They love you when you pay for evaluations, but the moment you prove consistency and scale up your earnings, they will flag your account as "uncommercial" and terminate it without a single shred of transparent proof.
I have attached clear screenshots showing the absolute contradiction: The admins praising my exact trading logs as "ethical," juxtaposed against their support team shutting me down for the same behavior.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take all feedback seriously and understand your frustration regarding the account review outcome.

Our Risk Team conducts reviews based on a variety of factors outlined in our Trader Agreement and Risk Framework. These reviews assess overall trading behavior, account activity patterns, and compliance with the firm's policies, rather than profitability alone. Previous payouts, account longevity, or community recognition do not exempt accounts from ongoing compliance reviews.

We understand your concerns regarding the apparent inconsistency between community discussions and the final risk assessment. However, community highlights are intended to showcase specific aspects of trading performance and should not be interpreted as a formal risk or compliance approval of an account's entire trading activity.

Regarding the email communication, we apologize for any confusion caused by the wording and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our team strives to ensure all communications are accurate and clear.

While we cannot discuss the specifics of internal reviews publicly, we encourage you to continue working directly with our support and risk teams if you believe additional clarification is required. We remain committed to maintaining a fair and sustainable trading environment for all participants.

We appreciate the time you took to provide your feedback.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with OFP Funding regarding payout reviews and compliance handling.

I successfully traded a funded account and submitted my second payout request after generating profits through discretionary FX trading. During the review process, OFP requested a detailed strategy explanation video, indicators used, and annotated chart examples for past trades.

I fully cooperated and provided:

a detailed video explanation,
a presentation with annotated charts,
examples of both winning and losing trades,
and explanations of my strategy involving market structure, RSI confirmation, Fibonacci retracement, and risk management.

Despite this, the payout was ultimately denied based on what they described as “inconsistencies” between my explanation and actual execution.

The issue is that many of the standards used during the review felt highly subjective and were not clearly defined beforehand. The review appeared to move beyond objective rule violations into interpretation of trading style and explanation quality.

As a trader, this creates uncertainty because even profitable and structured trading activity may still be rejected during manual review.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering OFP carefully review how discretionary strategy reviews and payout compliance are handled before purchasing accounts.

My experience left me feeling that the payout review process lacked transparency and consistency.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We appreciate the time and effort you invested in providing the requested documentation, including your strategy explanation, annotated charts, and trade examples.

Our review process is designed to ensure that trading activity aligns with the strategy and risk profile presented by the trader. During certain reviews, our Risk Team may request additional information to better understand trading methodology, execution patterns, and consistency across account activity.

We understand your concerns regarding transparency and subjectivity. However, strategy reviews are conducted based on multiple factors, including consistency between explained methodology and actual trade execution, rather than profitability alone. These reviews are intended to maintain the integrity of our platform and ensure compliance with our terms and risk standards.

We recognize that discretionary trading can involve elements that are difficult to capture in a static explanation, and we continuously evaluate our processes to improve clarity and communication for traders.

If you believe there are aspects of your review that require further clarification, we encourage you to continue working with our support and risk teams so your concerns can be properly addressed.

We appreciate your feedback and wish you success in your future trading endeavors.

Hi,

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding trading costs.

Spreads and commissions can vary depending on market conditions, liquidity, volatility, the instrument being traded, and position size. While commissions are charged according to the account's trading conditions, we appreciate that trading costs can have a significant impact on overall performance, particularly when trading larger lot sizes.

If you believe the spread or commission charged on specific trades was abnormal, we encourage you to contact our support team with the trade ticket numbers so our risk and trading teams can review the execution details and provide clarification.

We value all feedback and are continuously working to improve the trading experience for our traders.

Only pay small amounts

They will denied your payout if the amount requested is above $1000. You will get paid smaller amounts like $500 woth out any questions. If you request more then this they will go into risk review. Even if you do not break any rules they will make you do a video of you strategy to find a excuse not to pay. They will get you for things like no analyzing in larger time frames or If you forgett to explain how stoploss placement is set they will denied the payout.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take concerns regarding payout reviews very seriously.

Payout requests are not reviewed based on the amount requested. All payouts are subject to the same compliance and risk-review procedures regardless of size. In certain cases, additional information may be requested, including strategy explanations to verify that trading activity complies with our rules and risk-management standards.

The purpose of these reviews is not to find reasons to deny payouts, but to ensure consistency, transparency, and fair treatment across all accounts. Decisions are based on the information provided and the overall trading activity reviewed by our team.

If you believe your case was not handled correctly, we encourage you to contact our support team with your account details so that we can review the matter further and provide clarification regarding the specific concerns raised.

SCAM, Don’t waste your time!

Scam Broker, don’t waste your time. Good luck getting any kind of a substantial payout from them. I had two separate payouts totaling 20k that were denied for different reasons on two separate occasions. They will claim you violated some fine print conditions/rules that are not clearly explained or apparent. First payout of 14k was denied due to not having a positive risk/reward ratio across all assets traded (despite having positive R/R on several assets). They didn’t even ask for a video submission for clarification of trades and strategy.

Second payout of 8k was denied after specifically making sure I had a positive risk reward ratio across all assets and still achieving their profit targets and risk parameters through a major service outage that lasted two weeks and prevented me from managing my open positions. They asked for a video submission to clarify all trades and my trading strategy. I submitted the video as they requested, explaining all trades (I provided detailed and through explanation of my trade strategy and thought process as they requested).

All this only for them to deny my payout because I did not adequately demonstrate or explain my stop loss and take profit levels and the justification for these levels. At no point did they specifically mention that explanation of stop loss or take profit levels was necessary in the video submission. They did not give me a chance to clarify, explain, or submit another video showing these stop loss and take profit levels. They denied the payout and said the decision was final. No further opportunity was granted to earn my payout and the 8k profit I generated on the account t within the parameters that actually were clearly defined and ADVERTISED for the funded account was invalidated.

Not only is this extremely misleading and predatory behavior for exploitation of traders, their online web platform (that US based traders were forced to migrate to) is laggy, has horrible performance and loads poorly every time I close the tab and try to reopen it. Plus their entire system went down for 2 weeks and there was no explanation of this major service outage for the 1st week. I was unable to manage my open positions with no explanation. Absolute trash prop firm, it’s not even really a prop firm to be honest. It’s really just a scam broker that will make you jump through hoops and still cheat you out of your hard earned payout any way possible with some “fine print” justification from rules that are not clearly defined or explained.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must feel, especially after putting in the effort to reach payout levels.

Payout reviews are conducted by our risk and compliance team to ensure that all trading activity meets the firm’s published rules and risk framework. This includes consistency requirements across instruments, risk-to-reward considerations where applicable, and proper documentation of strategy execution when requested.

Regarding video submissions, these are sometimes required to better understand trade decision-making, including risk management elements such as stop loss and take profit placement. If any part of the review feedback was unclear or felt inconsistent with your expectations, that is something we take seriously and can re-evaluate internally.

For the platform issues you mentioned, any service disruptions are handled by our technical team with the goal of restoring full functionality as quickly as possible, and we recognize the impact this can have on open positions.

We would encourage you to contact our support or compliance team directly with your account details so the review decisions and timeline of events can be examined in full detail.

Complete Service Failure: Platform Outage Forced Account Breach, Support Refuses Refund

I am writing this review to warn the trading community about how OFP Funding handles major infrastructure failures and customer support.
In late April, the OFP Funding website and trader portal went completely offline in India, throwing a "DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE" error across multiple ISPs (including Wi-Fi and three separate mobile data networks), while remaining accessible in other regions like the UAE. This was a severe localized routing and infrastructure failure on OFP's end.
In high-leverage CFD trading, even a few minutes of downtime can be catastrophic. OFP’s portal was down continuously for several days. Because of this total denial of access, I was physically blocked from logging into my dashboard to manage risk, monitor the markets, or close my open positions.
I immediately sent urgent, time-sensitive emails with screenshots to their support team warning them of this technical lockout, requesting a direct IP link, a mirror site, or manual intervention to protect my funds before a scheduled payout. OFP completely ignored these urgent communications.
Because I was left with zero options to manage or close my trades during their prolonged platform outage, the positions ran into heavy accumulated losses, resulting in a forced automated breach of my account (Account Number: 25688).
When I contacted support to demand a refund due to this clear infrastructure failure, an agent named George issued a generic template response (Ticket ID: YB1F04), denying the refund on the absurd basis that the account had been "actively used." The account was only "active" because their own platform outage locked me out and kept my trades running against my will.
OFP Funding failed to provide the basic digital infrastructure required to fulfill their contract, ignored critical support emails during an emergency, and is now using a technical breach caused by their own downtime to deny a refund.
I have given them a final 48-hour window to escalate this and resolve the matter professionally. If they fail to do so, I will be proceeding with a formal merchant chargeback via my banking institution for services not rendered. Avoid this firm if you value platform stability and basic customer support.

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns in detail.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like you encountered a localized connectivity issue affecting access from certain networks or regions. In situations like DNS or routing errors, access can sometimes vary between ISPs and locations, even when the platform remains operational elsewhere. That said, we fully understand how disruptive any access issues can be, especially in fast-moving CFD markets where timing is critical.

We also want to clarify that we take platform stability and uptime very seriously, and our systems are continuously monitored. If there was any disruption impacting your ability to access your account, our technical team would need to review the specific timestamps, network logs, and your account activity to properly investigate what occurred.

Regarding your refund request and support interaction, decisions are based on a review of account activity and the terms agreed to when using the service. However, we agree that in urgent situations, communication should be as responsive and clear as possible, and we will ensure your feedback regarding response handling is reviewed internally.

We would like to look into your case in more detail, including the outage reports, ticket ID you mentioned, and your account number. Please contact our support team directly with these details so a senior member of the team can perform a full review of your timeline and provide a formal response.

We understand this experience has been frustrating, but we encourage you to allow us the opportunity to investigate thoroughly before drawing conclusions.

GAMBLING RULE ACCIDENT

I have gotten a payout from them before so I trust that. They have a gambling rule where you can't trade 3x your normal sizing. I only trade 0.1 and 0.05 lot sizes. I accidentally did 0.5 and closed the trade IMMEDIATELY only losing $33. Barely anything. Support said I have to wait the full 2 weeks until a payout. REJECT the payout because of gambling, and then restart. This is absurd and you should have a chance to explain what happened. One zero was off because of connection. Bogus. (EDIT) After talking to support and writing the review, they sent out an email getting rid of this rule. Thank you for listening OFP and I appreciate you thinking of the traders.
