I would give zero stars if possible. One of the worst service experiences that I've had. Every single employee that I dealt with was rude, dismissive and dishonest. My suspicion is that the rot starts at the top and trickles down. They just want your money and will feed you false promises in order to get it. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere and I'll be telling all of my adventuring friends to do the same.
