I love my foundation stick. This is the first time that I actually got matched to the correct color by any company that I've tried. The foundation goes on smoothly and blurs into my middle-aged skin. This is my favorite foundation now.

I emailed the company to let them know that the only product I received was the free lip gloss. Someone responded fairly quickly, however they have not resolved it. I was asked to check the packaging, which I did. They show the product as having been scanned at their facility. I have no explanation for why it wasn't in the package.However, at this point there hasn't been any further communication and I am out $135. Disappointing first time experience with this company.

Absolutely love this product, blends beautifully and my skin has never been so clear. Definitely lives up to the hype and is worth every cent.

I love their product and will order from them over and over again. Great quality ingredients that is perfect for my sensitive skin. Customer service is great!

Foundation smelled so bad can't even use it, so doesn't matter if good or not. The blush & contouring stick don't wear well & the highlight stick can barely be seen. There was so much hype I thought for sure would be good. Lesson learned. The more something is advertised anymore the worse the product. Won't purchase again.

Love the sculpted face sticks in Copper and Rose Quartz. Can't wait to try the new Crystal Content collection.

I love OGEE's beauty routines. Their products feel clean and they moisturize. This is vital for me. I have such dry skin. But their oil cleanser followed by a scrub and then jojoba oil is just perfect. I recommend it to all my friends.

I love the Ogee sculpted face sticks - beautiful, creamy and easy to blend. But has anyone else noticed the enormous price hike? It’s really putting me off buying again

Love there products. First time ever using a face wash that didn’t leave dry patches on my skin. I started with the discovery set and have been using ogee for almost a year.

Just what I have been searching for! Light weight, not cakey, and amazing color. It's perfect for a professional look for the office and light enough for a lax shopping day without having to do a full face.

I love the product. It so smooth on my skin and very good for delicate skins. I breakout easily with make up products but Ogee is different. It it feels so smooth, bright and covers up blemishes!

Ogee has one of the best products in the industry, at the moment I'm using their Trio highlighting set and their Mascara. I will never go elswhere.

I made my first order on 5th March 2026 - I was in Barcelona.

Everything was fine, except when it got to their outsourced delivery company, called Passport - I was following my order shipment very excitedly until it got to Madrid, and then I had no information whatsoever for days.

I was about to leave Barcelona (within two weeks, plenty of time), so I contacted them to find out what we could do - I left my contact number and volunteered to go pick up my order myself.

The only possible way to contact Passport was by email, and they only replied when Ogee sent the email. But Ogee was very passive and didn't intervene much, so the days went by and nothing happened.

When I contacted Ogee directly, they were polite but kept distancing themselves from the situation, saying it was their outsourced company's fault (as if the customer cares about that).

End of the chapter: Passport never contacted me, nor did they provide a way for me to get my products. They sent the order back without any notice or communication.

Ogee apologized and offered to send it again.

I made a new order (on 14th April); I was already in Portugal at that time.

Same problem: when it got to Passport, they reported that it was the wrong address, just like in Barcelona (two different addresses now), even though I receive all my other orders except from them. Curious.

Same procedure: Passport gave little to no response, even though I confirmed my address, gave a reference point near my home where they could also deliver my order, and offered, again, to go pick it up myself.

A week or so passed without any information, and then I received a notification saying they were shipping my order back, again.

Ogee apologized, again. And offered to send my order, again.

This was on 16th May - still in Portugal, and the same address.

This time I told them I was losing my patience and that the whole experience was getting too stressful for what it was worth. (Because the thing was, it may not be their fault, but it's their responsibility to get that product delivered! And they're too passive for someone who cares and apologizes so much.)

We did it with 4 delivery options:

1. My address
2. The barbershop next to my home, where they could also deliver
3. A secondary address
4. The option to go pick it up myself

Besides that, we confirmed the address (again) and I gave them my phone number (again).

Guess what happened? Same thing (again).

This time I had more notifications from Ogee updating me about my order more often, until it got to Passport... The order was returned again, with no actual attempt to deliver it.

But my last straw was when I contacted Ogee (again) and they asked me to contact Passport (again), but this time through their website form (!!). Not through email, where they could follow up and have a say, not by them facilitating the communication, but with a simple website form - that's just...
Besides I had already shown my great discontent with Ogee, I filled in and sent the form to Passport, and they never replied to this day - surprising.

And then, after I showed my discontent, Ogee kindly offered to give me my money back "out of courtesy."

"Out of courtesy" - as if I hadn't waited 5 months to get the products I bought, and as if I wasn't seriously thinking I had been defrauded several times in the process.

Too damn passive, and not owning their responsibility to produce and deliver a product to their clients. I basically felt like they didn't give a damn.
Always polite. But they didn't care.

In the end, Ogee refunded me less than what I paid initially (probably deducted the transportation - what induces me even more to think this is all a joke)

So I didn't get my products AND I lost time (5 months, to be precise) AND money.
Worst experience ever.

Great products ... great company best make up ever. Thank you your products are amazing

BEWARE: Product goes RANCID very quickly. Wrote to company and they gave excuses why that happens stating it's natural but there are 100% natural, safe preservatives that give longer shelflife. They wouldn't exchange it. It also doesn't glide that easily. (Copper Hydraganics sculpted face stick)

Loved this company so far! They have been incredibly helpful working out what to order, using a photo of my face without makeup to advise on what shades to purchase. Shopping on the site is easy and check out in GPB and delivery to the UK was super smooth. Looking forward to using the products!

Customer service is stellar.

Customer Service is overly poor. Mtiple emails for followup has been sent in last 90 days, not a single response received! No working phone number to dial.

7/5 still no email even if you replied saying support team will reach out. Nothing in spam nor in junk!

Simply the best makeup for aging skin, easy to use makes my space feel smooth and moist non-drying I even love the face wash and the seeds oil everything is well-made packaged and I just love how my skin feels and looks…
