I have bought many make up products in…

I have bought many make up products in the past, I switched as I wanted something lighter, more natural and that was less likely to clog my pores and cause breakouts.
I do really like the products as I have had less problems with my skin since using it, my eyes water less with the mascara too.
The products over all are really nice, and go on smoothly and blend easily. I’m not a massive fan of the foundation, but that’s just preference as it’s not very thick so it’s a bit sticky.
I had some issues with the products at first not being a match but I contacted the company and they did give me a voucher to buy more - which I did, I was happy about that!
I would happily buy their products again, as I use them at weekends and they really are very nice, however, I have decided not to as the cost of deliver £8 is ridiculous for something so small that is already much more expensive that other brands (I understand the cost of products) but I’m not prepared to pay £8 on top of that unfortunately so I will have to find another brand when it’s ran out.

I purchased the tinted serum

I purchased the tinted serum. The product does not stay mixed even when shaken.
When I emailed customer service they said that happens with transportation. They also said the shelf life is only three months. However, it was like this from the beginning. I have only had the product for a few months. They do not care that I am
unhappy with the product. I would not recommend this product. I had to throw it away.

Ogee Contour = Love

I’ve been really loving the Ogee contour sticks—they’re lightweight, super easy to use, and blend beautifully without feeling heavy on the skin. They give such a natural finish, which I appreciate for everyday makeup.

That said, they are on the pricey side, but in my opinion, they’re worth it for the quality.

I wasn’t as impressed with the foundation stick though—it feels a bit heavier on the skin compared to the contour products.

Overall, a great brand with standout contour products!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY…

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY --- ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE....After attempting to call their (888) customer service number several times during their stated "business hours" (which is a bogus number they never answer, just a prerecorded msg telling you to go to either e-mail them, text them, or go to live chat on their website which doesn't exist), I e-mailed Ogee customer service 3x and also sent 3 text messages as well, and they refuse to respond to me. I also attempted to fill out the return form online to which I received an automated "not eligible for return" message before they even knew the problem (which was their mistake, not mine). Yet, they have no problem continuously sending me special offers to purchase additional products, so I know they're receiving my e-mails, yet refuse to answer them. This is my story/problem: I very recently purchased, paid for and received the Crystal Contour Collection. Upon opening the package, the casing for the bronze color stick is all scratched and banged up and the turning mechanism is broken and will not raise the product. The other two colors appear to be ok, however they are also scratched up a bit and stiff and difficult to turn. In addition, the sticks are hard, stiff and not at all soft & creamy as advertised. I'm not sure if I was sent an old product, etc. At any rate, although I opened the box to inspect the product, the products remain brand new and unused. I explained all of this in my numerous e-mails, texts and return form, and asked for a free return label and immediate refund for a bad and damaged product. I have not heard back from them at all...they refuse to acknowledge my messages and return any e-mail response....This is horrific customer service. My final message to them was letting them know that if I do not hear back from them within the next few hours, I will begin reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Consumer Affairs, TrustPilot, and the State Attorney General for fraudulent business practices, and also place horrible reviews everywhere online. I also informed them that I would also be contacting my credit card to cancel all payments to them and for the credit card companies to open a fraudulent inquiry, and get my money reimbursed.

Not a true neutral

I love this product, however it was described as "neutral", when it's really quite yellow. Still the coverage and texture is quite beautiful.

Applying this with fingers is…

Applying this with fingers is definitely the best way to go! I also wish the product lasted longer on the skin, I do love how it is organic and a lot of the ingredients have improved my skin but I do feel the need to retouch throughout the day. The product also transfers easily if it wasn’t for that would give five stars.

Chalky and dry

I ordered the serum foundation and hated it. It’s so chalky and dry. It settled into my lines and aged me a good 10 years. I wish I had paid better attention to the negative reviews before purchasing, because now I have to pay $8 just to return it.

I love all of the products from OG

I love all of the products from OG. The products are a skin treatment as much as they are make up. I love all of the products, especially the serum and contour sticks. The lip stick is wonderful- so pretty and feels so good on your lips.
I haven’t bought more until they give me a coupon.

I purchased products

I purchased products. Was happy with them accept a lipstick was broken off and messed up. I contacted customer service immediately. They advised to send photo and picture of codes and name on box. They advised no need to send back and they will send replacement. I have reached out 3 other times to advise never received replacement, have all info and still no response or product. I don't care how much I like the product but if this is your way of handling returns and damaged products, I would prefer to go elsewhere. Shocking that they have not replied to emails.

I love the contour sets

I love the contour sets! Unfortunately, I was not as pleased with the foundation as it highlighted my wrinkles and was drying.
