Golf equipment scam

I bought a golf bag online with this company paid for it and never received it ! It's a total scam and they even managed to make me believe for a month and a half that my product was going to arrive soon but actually I deduct that that was just to give them time for my credit card payment to pass and no longer be able to be canceled. I Then contacted Callaway golf who own ogio golf who also kindly replied once with more questions which I replied to and then never received any follow-up to my claim. Like a fool. I lost my money but also my trust in internet purchases.
