I book a roundtrip flight from LAX- PV( Mexico)- Finding out that the booking was done incorrect per American and was denied on the LAX to PV but the return was ok. Trying to get that corrected was impossible . The travel agency denied of wrong doing and American was very detailed on what they did incorrectly- they booked under the letter O- unconfirmed and AA sent it back 2 months ago and they did not respond and correct it. Then my flight was canceled. SO frustrating you think your booked and been cancelled from the start without the booking agent confirming with you. You talk to 5 different people- who do not speak good English and had great difficulty in explaining the error. One does not know what the other is doing. I just got frustrated and took the charge that they billed to AA minus 50 bucks for each ticket and reserved a flight directly with AA.
I WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY AGAIN. WHEN YOU USE CHEAP TICKETS THE DISCOUNTED PRICE IS AN INDEPENDENT AGENCY AND YOU YOU ARE SPEAKING TO INDIA. SCARY. BE CARFEULL WHEN YOU USE WEB SITE CHEAP TICKETS YOU HAVE 6-7 CHOICES OF COMPANIES TO SEARCH AND ( EXPEDIA-KAYCK- ETC)
