Quick delivery, great company, will definitely buy from them again

Card never arrived and no response when i emailed

Ordered on 23rd May and, apart from an immediate confirmation e mail, I heard nothing thereafter (no despatch or tracking details). I know that Easter took up a few days but there were enough 'working' days for the order to have been sent. I sent 5 e mails asking for an update as one of the items was for a birthday gift....no response. I had to buy a replacement gift and tried to cancel the order but I then had tracking from Royal Mail which indicated that the parcel had been sent Wednesday 8th - the day that I finally had a reply from sender. The items were nice but I would have appreciated much better and more timely communication.

Ordered two cards, didn't arrive, have received no response to emails. Scammers.

Ordered a mother's day card and a fun sweary birthday card and key ring for a mate at work .Arrived in plenty of time for mothers day in a good reinforced envelope so it didn't bend and the key ring was in a bubble wrap envelope inside original packing .Cards are of excellent quality and great vibrant print ,same with key ring. I've ordered before of this lady and her products are great value and fun ,never had an issue and WILL definitely be ordering again in the future. Thanks Oh Flora ☺️

Ordered an item last Thursday- website says 6 days delivery max.

Contacted the owner on Monday to ask for an update regarding my item as I had received nothing since my purchase email. Not an update or delivery or shipped notification- nothing.

Emailed the owner she replied “I can confirm that your items been engraved and is ready to be shipped tomorrow” this was Tuesday evening

It’s now Thursday and 4 emails later and I’ve had no reply, not an update or anything. I’ve asked for an update and for a refund and I’m now getting ghosted.

To be honest I’m wondering if she is a scammer!!
Stay clear!

Ordered a card, it never came. The email address for support just has everything bounce back. The Facebook doesn’t take messages. No way of contacting them so they can take your money and run. Buyers, be aware.

I am really not sure what is going on but ordered a week ago. Nothing arrived Chased, sent messages, emails. No reply yet managing to constantly upload on their fb?? I have ordered many times before and no issue, think I will have to get the bank involved.

Ordered before Christmas, and hoped for delivery before but understand that I missed the cut off, still nothing received as of 7/1/26.

Emailed to politely ask for an update on the 2/1/26 and have no reply.

My account says it was shipped on the 6/1/26, Shop says it's not been shipped yet and as I paid for Royal Mail 24hr if it was in fact shipped on the 6th I would assume I should have it by now.

Poor all round, must be unlucky with all these other amazing reviews.

Ordered before the Christmas cut off date,
Have not received my order.
I have messaged via Facebook, instagram and email which had one response and then has been ignored since.
However have been posting to their Facebook and instagram pages consistently

Hopefully I will get a refund
Would not use again or recommend

Brilliant customer service! My bauble arrived damaged and they didn’t hesitate to send a new one out! Would totally recommend!
