My order didn't arrive. Tracking OK until it got to the UK then it was returned. I sent emails to the company, but to get a placement order they wanted me to pay again. So I asked for a refund and they have offered £8.81. Please do not order anything from this company.

Ii ordered a mug from this company. was kept informed about the tracking until it reached the UK.
Courier failed to deliver for some reason and was sent back to sender.
I requested that they resend or refund my payment. Heard nothing since, not replying to my emails any longer . I have emailed them twice since and nothing.!!

Looked amazing, however when they arrived they were just 2 normal mugs
Tried to resolve the problem as they were not fit for purpose ,the company responded but offered me £5 refund.
I tried several emails later asking for a return address and full refund but they would not listen they then offered me £8 refund and that's the best they couldn't offer me.
They would not acknowlege the fact that the mugs were clearly not what they were advertising.
To be honest I couldn't be bothered to waste my time any further.
They are a total scam and I would not bother with them.
Ordered 2 items, one arrived, the other appears to be lost in transit. Company wont refund. Logged a PayPal complaint and was refunded eventually. Don't touch them with a bargepole.
