This is for ohfeliz.fr but it's the same company. They are terrible, the worst. They have failed to deliver my parcel multiple times but still refuse to refund me. Avoid at all cost they are a fraud, and the consumer service is terrible.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They sell off products - I received two perfumes that smell absolutely foul. Tried to claim the formula had changed however Nivea no longer make this perfume??? I am extremely poorly in hospital so was unable to return the items to them. They have been so rude to me on email and completely dismissed how poorly I am. Now threatening to take me to court. Laughable! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had an issue with an order and have been a bit miffed for the last week about not recieving and contact from oh feliz even after emailing them. Today i found 5/6 reolies from them in my junk box. I feel so stupid they had replied withing 12 hours and i had ignored them. I hate hotmail
