Extreme caution!

I advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before engaging with this company. A salesperson visited my rental property, and we agreed on a price for a new window i. I paid a £455 deposit The problem arose when it came to the follow-up. I was explicitly told on two separate occasions that someone would contact me to perform the necessary official measurements but was told he was getting married. After 45 days of nothing I said I am cancelling trhe contract. The director refused to give my £455 back citing marketing and sales costs. They had not started making the window so no costs were involved

I was in the garage cleaning some furniture. When the delivery woman came up she was very careful not to scare me. She made small talk about how I should be relaxing in that chair rather than cleaning it. 😊. Very friendly and felt “real”

I received my package WAY sooner than expected! I love the product I bought so I wouldn’t even have minded if it took longer but the fact that it came sooner than expected was a game changer in my eyes!!! Thumbs up!

Good, quick service

It was great because I ordered my supplements and it was delivered to my door within a short amount of time.

The bad part is I had 1 bottle of vitamin c in my order and they put it in a 11 X 8 X 10 box! That it way too big of a box for one bottle…kind of a waste!!

Disappointing Experience with OHI

Disappointing Experience with OHI: Poor Communication and Errors Galore!

My journey with OHI started off great with Lisa, a responsive and efficient professional. However, things took a turn for the worse when Lisa disappeared and the entire onboarding process went downhill.

Communication became a major issue, with email response times becoming unbearably long. Reporting errors was a nightmare, as there was no option to speak directly on the phone. Instead, we had to schedule a meeting via email, causing unnecessary delays.

The consequences of these mistakes were significant, negatively affecting our business. We had countless dissatisfied customers due to picking errors and even instances where orders were cancelled without warning. As a result, customers received their packages a week later, despite expecting a next-day delivery.

Leaving OHI has been a monumental task, especially when it comes to retrieving our inventory. What's worse, we haven't been reimbursed for mispicks or lost packages, despite suffering thousands of dollars in losses.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using OHI. The lack of value placed on customer support by the CEO is evident, which leads me to believe that OHI is still in the early stages of figuring things out. Instead, I recommend using ShipBob, where I now regret leaving.
