Ohliga 

I placed an order for 2 dresses. They came and I loved them so much…. as did my sister… that I placed an order for 4 more along with a coat and some shorts …( not keen on the coat but too much trouble to try and return)… My only issue which I didn’t notice initially, is that they charge you tax on top of your order. After questioning it with the company, they promptly apologised..(said it was in error).. and refunded me the tax…. but only on my second order. I am still waiting for it on my first order, though they keep insisting they have paid it and to check my account. I have sent proof that there has been no refund… they are now ignoring my emails

I would give this company zero stars! Do not use….impossible to receive a refund and I agree completely with the other comments. A bad shopping experience.

This company does not even rate a one star. The dress I ordered never arrived. Emailing them just sends an automated reply to contact the courier. There are no contact details for the courier. Money has been paid to them, which will not be refunded. Do not use this company.

My wife recently purchased clothing from this company. She ordered two sizes as she is normally between sizes. Only one size was opened, that fitted well, so the other size was not opened and remained in it's original packaging. In accordance with Ohliga's returns policy we emailed them to confirm where we should return the product. Their response is below:

"We are sorry about that.
We have checked and confirmed your order,we sent the right item to you.
So it won't be supported to returned or exchanged.
thank you!"

Beware of this policy before you buy from this company.
