Bought my product a month ago . Never received it . The company takes no responsibility and not willing to make sure the customer is happy . 1 month later still no product and No returned funds . When I contacted Natalie she had this to say

During my visit, I learned about the requirement to pay an interception fee to modify the delivery address on this package, and I was fully prepared to cover this cost myself. However, upon my return, I received an email from you that I found to be discourteous and abrupt.

Order at your own risk ! I may have lost $30 but this is not a company I would ever do business with .

Item never received ! I wrote to the company with no response ! Guess I’m out the money I spent

Once I received the items I was deeply blow away: the artistic work and deep thought that went into the heart of the production of this product was beyond impeccable. I received the wooden guitar pick holder with three picks personally engraved.

First off, ordering was a breeze. The quick turnaround was amazing, and the paddle is perfect. I remember after my Mom passed away, I found recipe cards in her handwriting and it was such an emotional experience. I want to pass that feeling on to my family.
